The National Center for Research and Technology Development (CERTH) founded in 2000 and it is a non-profit Private Law legal entity supervised by the General Secretariat of Research and Technology (GSRT) and the Ministry of Education Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs.
KEMEA and CERTH have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in mutual interest fields.
